Do you ever have extensive daydreams in which you invent an entire alternate life/universe for yourself?

In honour or Moonrise Kingdom’s release (although I won’t actually be able to see it until the end of June because the cinemas in my city are ridiculous) a Wes Anderson Soundtrack playlist! Not completely finished yet

I have 3 weeks (minus 1 day) until my drama written exam, then 3 weeks until my film exam, then I’m free! Until I have drank/ate/lazed/viewed/procrastinated my way through summer (hopefully an actual sunny summer ((hopefully lasting longer than a week))) then I will (providing I get the grades I need to) be off to Bristol to study drama!
I thought I’d start actually blogging just to document this run up to this like big old life step, I just think I personally would like to be able to read someone elses experiences of the same.. experience.
Plus I like to make lists & plot. This will probably just be a blog of lists and plots. It won’t. It might.
I’ve decided starting tomorrow I am LOSING WEIGHT FOR SUMMER. I decide this every week.
But I will man I will. In the 6 weeks until I finish college in fact. Then I would totally feel completely comfortable running out of college and flinging my clothes off in celebration. I lie, but I wouldn’t squirm at my wobbling flab if I imagine it. I’m not fat, I’ve just thickened lately- and I blame the weather in every way, and my mum’s tendency for buying irresistible cakes/biscuits, and my laziness.
So basically I’m just gonna yoga+jog+sit-up it up everyday. YEAH EVERYDAY. I’m doubting myself as I write this. I’ll prove my dubious self wrong oh yes I will.
I will also revise everyday. I put a cork notice board up on my wall the other day, it will be like a really cool revision mood board type thing! I did discover that drawing/writing facts/names/etc. in funky colours and ways and sticking them on your walls helps so much- the initial drawing/writing (even if just copying from a book/worksheet) helps stick the information in your mind, and having them on your walls mean you see the information every day loads, and when in you’re in bed even when it’s dark you can look at the spot on the wall where you know a certain fact is and push yourself to remember what it says.
This technique helped me so much with GCSE science a couple of years ago- my school had the shittest science department, I had about seven different teachers in one year and basically chose never to do any work or listen. Why learn when you can play the song game all lesson every lesson! (will explain song game later, it’s a killer) Saying that, I did actually enjoy science when I learnt it myself from revision books (& perhaps a school science book which perhaps fell into my bag one day). Anyway this revision technique got me an A! (if you want to enjoy some science I totally recommend http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6IrUUDboZo keep going right to the end it’s like scientific Fantasia!)
